Our Valuable Team Members
Coty joined our practice in January 2001. She came to our office with dental experience from her work in the U.S. Army, where she received her certification as a dental technician. From 2001 until 2005, Coty assisted Dr. Konen. While still working with Dr. Konen on occasion, from 2005 to 2014, Coty primarily assisted with Dr. Ganshert.
The best parts about working at our office, she feels, is working as a team, the variety of patient care that we offer and watching people achieve success in restoring their smiles. Her loyalty, dependability, reliability, in-depth of knowledge of the office and her outgoing, positive attitude all contribute to the wonderful, professional environment of our office.
When not at work, you can often find Coty helping out with the many needs of her family’s dairy farm. Coty and her husband, Steve, have a son, Joseph, and two daughters, Evelyn and Edith. Music is deeply interwoven in Coty’s life as she loves singing to serve her church and community in verying musical capacities. With any remaining time she may have, Coty also enjoys baking, cooking and canning.
Andrea has been Dr. Konen’s primary dental assistant since January 2011. She began assisting with Dr. Ganshert in 2014. A 2007 graduate from Pima Medical Institute in Colorado Springs, CO, Andrea helps ensure a comfortable dental visit for our patients. Andrea loves her job and takes pride in continually providing the highest level of patient care possible. Beyond that, she enjoys getting to know our patients on a personal level and enabling them to achieve a comfortable dental experience. She loves learning from our experienced staff and appreciates the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and skills that will help her in the field of dentistry.
Andrea was born and bred in Wisconsin, grew up in the Sauk County area, and attended Sauk Prairie High School. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, camping and kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, which consist of her husband Matt, daughters Aimee and Ruby, and their two cats, Orion and Armani.
Aaron has assisted Dr. Ganshert since joining our practice in November 2013. He also started assisting Dr. Konen in 2015. Aaron was trained and gained his experience as a Dental Tech at the Army Medical Department Center & School (AMEDD). After serving for seven years in the United States Army, Aaron further expanded his knowledge of the dental industry while working at D&S Dental Laboratories. Aaron feels that meeting new people, getting to interact with them on a personal level and creating a memorable dental experience is one of the best parts of his job. His ability to connect with patients is a great addition to the friendly environment of our office.
Aaron was born and raised just outside of Louisville, KY. He moved to Prairie du Sac in 2011 where he currently resides. Aaron is a dedicated Kentucky Wildcats basketball and Indianapolis Colts football fan. He enjoys almost all sports and takes pride in his coaching efforts with local youth sports teams. When not working with patients or analyzing the latest sports statistics, you can find Aaron enjoying his favorite past time… spending time with his wife, Chelsey, his son, Lawson, his wiener dog, Peyton and his boxer, Tyson.
Bobbie joined our team in October 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, she brings a great deal of knowledge and skill sets to help assist both our patients and Doctors. She currently assists chairside with Dr. Ganshert and Dr. Konen
Staying current in the latest procedures and technologies remains a priority for Bobbie. Each year she attends continuing education courses to keep her at the ‘top of her game’ and she uses the learned information to better educate our patients about the importance of oral health. She attained her CEREC design proficiency certification in 2008 and today, with years of design experience under her belt, Bobbie acts as our office’s lead CEREC assistant. Bobbie feels that some of the best parts about working at our practice are being valued, working as an entire team, being patient goal oriented, the variety of patient care that we offer and being able to help patients feel more confident about their smiles.
Bobbie and her husband, Jim, live in Elroy with two of their sons, Noah & Adrian. Their eldest son, Alex, graduated college and is currently working in the area. Family time is important to Bobbie and, when not working at the office, you can often find her staying busy by cheering her boys on at their various sports activities. Bobbie also enjoys camping, reading, collecting old cookbooks and walking with friends.
